Our History

Kingsman LLC is a second generation company.  In the 1960's Charley Long did a lot of work in downtown Minneapolis as it was being redeveloped. He participated in projects like the IDS Tower, building parking ramps and street projects. Charley's young sons worked along side their father. They spent their summers working on both commercial and residential projects. In 1979 Charley retired to his farm in northern Minnesota. In 1983 Kingsman was born. One of Charley's sons, Peter, and Peter's brothers opened a new construction division, building single family homes. Over time, multifamily construction projects were added.

Kingsman Today

Family owned and operated for many years and across generations, we have a well established construction division.  In 2006 two new areas opened were added; commercial and residential remodeling. We have expertise in many areas including: house additions to existing structures; major home renovations; bathroom, basement, garage, kitchen remodeling; decks, doors, windows installation; and carpentry of all types for your home. We consider ourselves an expert in the field with great attention to detail. We are Kingsman and are we would be glad to help you with your next home project.
